What happens if it rains?
Asher's limousines and NJ Limo Buses are equipped with large umbrellas to keep you dry. The red carpet will not be laid out if it is raining. Champagne or sparkling cider will still be served in the limousine or party bus. |

Why do we have to pay for the time we aren't using the limousine or NJ Limo Bus?
Even though you are not in the limousine or party bus at all times, the driver and the NJ limo can not be used for any other customer. It must be available for you and on location when you are ready to leave. |

Why can't I rent a limousine for only 1 or 2 hours?
This is not practical for any limousine or party/limo bus service. We must take into account the time it takes to prepare the vehicle, driver compensation, and availability of the vehicle for another job. The industry standard is 5-6 hour minimums and more for the bus. It is not cost effective to rent out a car that costs an enormous amount of money for such a short time. During the prom season minimums will increase due to the great demand. However, sometimes we are able to arrange pickups and drop offs under certain circumstances with our NJ limos or NJ Limo Buses. |

What does NJ limousine and NJ Party Limo Bus service include?
There will be a base charge, tax when applicable, 20% gratuity, tolls if any, and a gas surcharge that is included in the price. Asher's Limo,LLC will notify you of the total bill amount which will include all the extra charges already. No surprises with Asher's NJ Limo Buses and NJ Limos! |

Is tipping mandatory?
Yes, the industry standard is 20% which is included in your total bill. Though not necessary, an additional tip to the driver is always appreciated when your chauffeur has provided extraordinary service and/or has been especially helpful. |
